Perfect email marketing solution! Overall: Having Black Pearl is like having a marketing person on staff. We love it! Pros: My business is pretty straightforward but Black Pearl Mail is like an advertising billboard everytime I send an email. Cons: It does exactly what I need. Like I said my it fits my business needs.
Excellent customer service Overall: I inherited the use of blackpearl from a company we acquired. I reached out to support to move the account over to our MS tenant. The onboarding specialist immediately knew what we needed to do. We are in a vastly different timezone, he adjusted his time to meet with us early in his day. He scheduled everything to get the switch completed exactly when we needed it, even though we only gave him 3 days notice. On the day of the migration, I got an email 2 minutes after the scheduled time for the switch saying it was done. Meaning he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and confirmed it. It is scary how rare that is these days when dealing with vendors. My employees were able to test and see that everything worked so the migration has been seamless. [sensitive content hidden] was even able to give us some tips about things we wouldn't have even thought to ask. Pros: The ease of use of the administration of the product and the helpfulness of the employees when help is needed. Cons: The only experience I have with the product so far is setup, I do not use the product itself. I have no issues with the product itself.
My secret weapon Overall: The Black Pearl Mail team is very responsive and is always available to answer any questions. If there's ever a problem they jump right on it and get it solved. This problem saves me a ton of time. I highly recommend it to any company that wants to be more efficient. Pros: I like being able to see when one of my emails has been opened. It really speeds up my daily efficiency, Cons: I would like to be able to see which emails were not opened.

A Great Experience Pros: Easy to setup and use. Precise feedback. Cons: No major negatives. Some additional reporting features e.g.: drill down into responses, # of openings, time of day, days of week, repeated openings - to assist in knowing the prime engagement times.
Email smarts Overall: Feels like a business that cares about its customers, and that's not common Pros: Simple value proposition and first class support when needed Cons: I don't have any really - i suspect I don't use all BPM capabilities - maybe you could 'jog' my memory every now and then

Robust Signature Platform Overall: Very pleasant experience with the platform and the great staff behind it. Pros: I like having the company control to easily add, remove, or change users and signatures attached to them. Cons: I would like some better options of layouts on how the signatures look. They are simple and easy to read but could use some more choices.
